基于精益六西格玛的A公司产品质量改进研究重庆大学硕士学位论文(专业学位)学生姓名:张 静指导教师:徐 鹏 教 授学位类别:工商管理硕士重庆大学经济与工商管理学院二 O 一六年五月# Research on Product Quality Improvement of A Company Based on Lean Six SigmaA Thesis Submitted to Chongqing University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirement for Professional Degree By Zhang Jing# Supervised by Prof. Xu Peng Specialty: MBACollege of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University, Chongqing, China May, 2016重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘 要随着我国经济的快速发展,制造业企业面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。一方面,我国制造业企业数量众多,市场竞争激烈;另一方面,随着我国劳动力成本的不断上升,制造业企业的利润空间不断被压缩。因此,制造业企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地,必须提高自身的竞争力。而提高企业竞争力的有效途径之一就是提高产品质量,降低生产成本。A公司是一家生产汽车零部件的制造型企业,近年来随着公司规模的不断扩大,公司产品的质量问题也日益突出。本文以A公司为研究对象,针对A公司产品质量问题,运用精益六西格玛管理方法,对A公司产品质量改进进行了研究。首先,本文对精益生产、六西格玛管理以及精益六西格玛管理的相关理论进行了阐述,为A公司产品质量改进提供了理论依据。其次,本文对A公司产品质量现状进行了分析,指出了A公司产品质量存在的问题,并对A公司产品质量问题的原因进行了分析,为A公司产品质量改进指明了方向。再次,本文运用精益六西格玛管理方法,对A公司产品质量改进进行了研究。本文运用精益六西格玛管理方法中的DMAIC模型,对A公司产品质量改进进行了系统分析,并提出了A公司产品质量改进的具体措施。最后,本文对A公司产品质量改进的效果进行了评价,并对A公司产品质量改进的持续改进提出了建议。本文的研究成果对A公司产品质量改进具有重要的指导意义,同时也为其他制造业企业产品质量改进提供了参考。关键词:精益六西格玛,产品质量,改进,DMAIC1重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要ABSTRACTWith the rapid development of China's economy, manufacturing enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, the number of manufacturing enterprises in China is large and the market competition is fierce; on the other hand, with the continuous rise of labor costs in China, the profit margin of manufacturing enterprises is constantly being compressed. Therefore, manufacturing enterprises must improve their competitiveness in order to stand out in the fierce market competition. One of the effective ways to improve the competitiveness of enterprises is to improve product quality and reduce production costs.Company A is a manufacturing enterprise that produces automotive parts. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the company's scale, the quality problems of the company's products have become increasingly prominent. This paper takes Company A as the research object, and uses the Lean Six Sigma management method to study the product quality improvement of Company A.First, this paper elaborates the relevant theories of lean production, Six Sigma management and Lean Six Sigma management, which provides a theoretical basis for the product quality improvement of Company A.Second, this paper analyzes the current situation of product quality of Company A, points out the problems existing in product quality of Company A, and analyzes the reasons for product quality problems of Company A, which points out the direction for product quality improvement of Company A.Third, this paper uses the Lean Six Sigma management method to study the product quality improvement of Company A.
